Fees for digital marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, Social Media Ads) are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information without prior consent.
Any personal or business data provided will be used strictly for service execution and improvement.
Any custom content, designs, or marketing strategies created by H5digimart remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Clients may use the final deliverables solely for the agreed-upon purposes.
We are not responsible for third-party content, including website themes, stock images, or licensed software.
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services in case of policy violations, non-payment, or unethical conduct.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least [X] days in advance.
Refunds are not available for completed work or running marketing campaigns.
Cancellation before service initiation may be eligible for a partial refund (processing fees may apply).
No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects due to lack of communication from the client.
H5digimart shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Any losses due to changes in search engine algorithms or advertising platform policies.
Client revenue or business losses caused by marketing campaign outcomes.
We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools).
We are not responsible for their terms, pricing changes, or service disruptions.
H5digimart reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or website announcements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India & Karnataka.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
